Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and visionary Power Platform Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse . This leadership role will oversee a team of Power Platform developers and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative digital solutions that support strategic organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and development of Power Platform solutions (Canvas and Model-driven apps, Flows, Power BI dashboards). Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Oversee governance, security, and compliance for Power Platform environments. Develop custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with external systems (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365). Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in low-code development. Manage application lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and environment strategy. Troubleshoot and optimize performance, scalability, and user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure services, and integration patterns. Experience with governance and environment management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-600) preferred. Nice to Have: Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with Excel VB Macro and VB Scripting Familiarity with AI Builder, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365 integration.
