Technical Lead (Polyglot Engineer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise software solutions.
• Manage and deliver multiple projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality.
• Work closely with architects, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to convert business needs into technical outputs.
• Mentor developers across full-stack areas and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Oversee CI/CD processes, automation, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various stacks.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and align delivery expectations.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security through strong NFR focus.
• Conduct root cause analysis and guide teams on architecture, design, and coding standards.
  

Required Technical Skills:

Core Expertise:

• Must be proficient in at least one technology from each of the following categories:
• Backend: Java / .NET / Node.js / Python
• Frontend: Angular / React / Vue.js
• Database: Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MongoDB/MySQL
• Cloud Environment: AWS / Azure / GCP

• Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise development practices.
• Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills with attention to performance and scalability.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new languages, frameworks, or platforms as per project needs.
• Hands-on experience with commonly used frameworks, libraries, and tools (ORMs, REST APIs, messaging queues, caching layers, etc.).
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and DevOps principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and deliver multiple concurrent projects
