Technical Lead (Polyglot Engineer)

We are hiring an experienced Technical Lead (Polyglot Engineer) to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of projects
• Work across multiple stacks – backend, frontend, database, and cloud
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and clients
• Mentor and guide developers to ensure code quality and performance
• Manage project timelines and ensure high-quality delivery
• Participate in architecture reviews and troubleshooting

Technical Skills:

• Backend: Java / .NET / Node.js / Python
• Frontend: React / Angular / Vue.js
• Database: Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / MySQL
• Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps tools, and microservices
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts (added advantage)

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
