•Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade software solutions. •Lead and deliver multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring control over scope, schedule, and effort. •Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables. •Mentor and guide developers across frontend, backend, and database layers, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. •Participate in architectural discussions, technical reviews, and ensure adherence to design principles and best practices. •Oversee CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and deployment automation where applicable. •Troubleshoot complex issues across different technology stacks and environments. •Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and manage delivery expectations •Drive non-functional requirements (NFRs) including performance, scalability, reliability, and security •Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging for complex production issues •Mentor small teams, enforce coding standards, and guide architecture and design decisions.
