Job Title: Technical Lead – Golang
Work Model: Hybrid – First 1 Month Work From Office, Remaining Remote
Location: Chennai (Initial 1 Month)
Experience: 8–12 Years
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Golang, AWS, and Database Design to
lead backend development, drive technical decisions, and mentor engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead backend development using Golang and microservices architecture.
• Own database design, schema modeling, and performance tuning.
• Implement and manage scalable AWS cloud solutions.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Support production issues and system optimization.
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
• Solid Database Design experience (MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL).
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3).
• Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
