Job Description

The Technical Lead position at our company is a full-time hybrid role based in Bhubaneswar with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading technical projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, defining project scope, managing timelines, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintaining documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and project management abilities. Proficiency in programming languages and development frameworks such as .NET, .Net Core, React.js, SQL Server, and SSIS is essential. Experience in software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum, along with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, are also required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment that includes both in-office and remote teams. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary for this position.
