What You’ll Lead & Build

• End-to-end architecture

  for a complex, scalable

  hospital platform frontend

• Design and implement

  modular systems

  using

  React.js

  JSON APIs

  cloud-native principles

• Work with

  AI teams

  on building interfaces that connect to

  LLMs, RAG pipelines, voice inputs

  , and

  real-time clinical summaries

• Collaborate with

  DevOps (AWS)

  , backend, product, and clinical teams to deliver

  mission-critical features

• Lead sprints, releases, Git repos, security layers, and performance optimization
• Hire and mentor a high-caliber frontend team, and make team-level architectural calls
• Partner with the

  COO

  to drive platform strategy, ops readiness, and KPIs

Who You Are

• 6–8+ years in

  frontend-heavy web platforms

  , with deep expertise in

  React.js, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs

• You’ve worked on

  enterprise-grade applications

  — ideally in

  healthcare

  , or

  AI-heavy enterprise systems

• Not just a coder — you understand

  AI/ML systems

  , and have built features using tools like

  LLMs, RAG, GPU workflows, vector databases, LangChain

  , etc.
• You’ve integrated with

  cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

  and understand microservices, uptime, and security
• You think like a

  product engineer

  , not a

  website designer

  or

  mobile app dev

• Bonus: Strong grasp of

  clinical workflows, EMRs

  , or healthcare data systems
