Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Spring Batch GIT Hibernate SOAP Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and contribute to impactful projects. The shift is day and no travel is required. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Batch Spring Boot and Microservices. Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services and SOAP-based services to ensure seamless integration. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Ensure code quality and maintainability by utilizing GIT for version control and adhering to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and optimize database queries using PL/SQL to enhance application performance. Implement Hibernate for efficient data management and ORM solutions. Drive the adoption of Spring Core principles to build robust and scalable applications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups. Document technical designs processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of Core Java and its application in enterprise-level projects. Demonstrate expertise in Spring Batch Spring Boot and Spring Core for building scalable applications. Have hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and REST Web Services. Be proficient in using GIT for version control and collaboration. Show proficiency in Hibernate for ORM and data management. Exhibit strong skills in PL/SQL for database interactions. Have experience with SOAP-based services and their integration. Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Have strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
