Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in Angular to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a keen interest in branch banking. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our companys success and positively impact society.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Angular to meet business requirements.
Oversee the implementation of technical solutions ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring successful project delivery.
Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through effective coding practices and optimization techniques.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of the codebase.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Monitor and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into projects where applicable.
Participate in the planning and execution of software testing ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that align with business goals.
Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Possess a strong proficiency in Angular with hands-on experience in developing complex applications.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Experience in branch banking domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools is desirable.
