Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Java and Core Java to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to work in a hybrid work model. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of software applications using Java and Core Java technologies Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and testing Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and techniques Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications Participate in project planning and estimation activities Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns Ensure the security and scalability of software applications Drive innovation and contribute to the overall success of the team and company. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Java and Core Java with 6 to 8 years of experience Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities Show proficiency in software development lifecycle methodologies Have experience with code reviews and ensuring code quality Display knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies Understand the importance of technical documentation Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model Have a proactive approach to learning and improvement Show commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills Be detail-oriented and focused on achieving project goals. Certifications Required Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer or equivalent certification in Java technologies.
