Location- Chennai

Shift timing- 4 pm to 1 am

Engineering Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Define and enforce coding standards, architecture, and technical best practices.
Lead Java-based software deployment, integration, and performance optimization.
Oversee the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and career growth.
Implement efficient workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project priorities and deliverables.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in CS or related field; 5–7 years leading technical teams.
Strong experience in Java, SQL, and full-stack development.
Proven leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.

Preferred

Experience with DevOps, security, compliance, and workflow optimization.
