Understand client requirements and ensure quality profiles are shared within deadlines.
Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and manage the selection process.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Requirements:
14 years of experience in IT recruitment for domestic clients.
Strong knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
