Role Overview: As a Technical Instructor at Veeva Systems, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging learning experiences and training programs to customers, partners, and employees in the Life Sciences industry. You will be responsible for training and educating learners on how to effectively use, administer, and configure Veeva products to enhance their skill set and succeed in their roles. By becoming a subject matter expert and evangelist for Veeva products, you will contribute to the transformation of the life sciences industry and make a positive impact on customers, employees, and communities. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging learning experiences with appropriate classroom management and audience-engagement methods in a primarily virtual environment, with the potential for on-site travel - Proactively maintain, develop, and strengthen your training delivery expertise and technical product knowledge - Collaborate with Veeva subject matter experts, key stakeholders, and the technical curriculum development team to refine and maintain the training program - Lead initiatives to support Veeva's business goals and enhance the overall learner experience - Identify and highlight enhancements in training delivery approach and content, demonstrating a self-accountable attitude and initiative - Champion continuing development by incorporating ongoing learning opportunities and delivery strategies - Support the curriculum development team in developing courses and quizzes - Provide ongoing support to trainees through Q&A, office hours, and troubleshooting challenges they encounter Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's / BTech degree or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of experience in coaching and delivering technical enterprise software training to internal and external stakeholders - Experience working with technical or business audiences on enterprise software products - Effective presentation skills in formal settings - Ability to quickly acquire and master new skills - Understanding and application of adult learning principles and training evaluation - Excellent verbal, reading, and writing ability in English - Collaborative, team-oriented, proactive individual with a focus on customer success, employee success, speed, and ethical conduct - Willingness to travel for on-site training (up to 20%) with a possibility of international travel - Experience in curriculum design and development - Flexibility to work in different time zones such as APAC, India & EMEA Additional Details: Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization that is dedicated to balancing the interests of customers, employees, society, and investors as a public benefit corporation (PBC).
