What You’ll Do ✅ Build strong hiring partnerships with startups, tech companies, and recruiters to open up real opportunities for our learners. ✅ Ensure every student is job-ready by closely tracking their progress, identifying gaps, and guiding them toward readiness. ✅ Own placement outcomes , acting as the bridge between learners and employers—from first contact to final offer. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in training & placement, talent acquisition, career coaching, or edtech. No worries, if you are a fresher with TPO experience in your college.
