JOB DESCRIPTION – Technical Support – Data Center
We need skilled *Technical Support Representatives* to handle break-fix requests for Supermicro clients
who can diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for a wide range of server and
computer components within data center environments.
Professionals in the system engineering field, particularly those with experience in working with servers,
should possess a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
