Technical Head

Nakoda Infotek is a 15 year old company and We are looking for an innovative technical lead who is looking forward to joining our company. The selected candidate will need to have the capability to oversee the technical team of our company. Also, they will need to have a brief insight into the projects they are about to undertake. They must also have the capacity to analyze briefs. who should have experience in handling projects and teams, this job role will also involve travelling and working on weekends

Listed here are the job responsibilities of a technical head:

• Delegate tasks and achieving the daily, weekly, and monthly task goals.
• Determine all the project requirements while significantly developing work schedules for the team.
• Identify potential risks and forming contingency plans as fast as possible.
• Efficiently liaise with the team members, clients, and also the management. This is to ensure that the projects are completed by maintaining a significant standard.
• Keep up with the latest industry trends and developments.
• Significantly analyze all the existing operations and scheduling the existing training sessions. Also, organize and hold meetings to discuss scopes of improvements.
• Motivate all staff members and essentially creating a space that acts like an inquiry zone. Here the staff members can ask concerning questions and also voice their concerns.
• Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as and when required.
• Write progress reports efficiently and delivering presentations to all the relevant stakeholders.
• Be transparent with the entire team regarding challenges, failures, and successes as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
