Role Description This is a full-time role for a Technical Head based on-site in Ernakulam. The Technical Head will be responsible for overseeing technical support, managing and training the technical team, and ensuring the effective execution of technology strategies. Daily tasks include analyzing technical issues, providing solutions, and coordinating with other departments to enhance overall performance and productivity. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving abilities Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting Team Management and Leadership skills Experience in Training and Mentoring technical staff Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
