The ideal candidate should have :Qualification : B,E / B.Tech in Civil EngineeringRelevant Experience : Above 20 YearsCTC : OpenPosting : KolkataThe job requires extensive travelling.Core Responsibilities : • Should be capable of overall project delivery from conception to commissioning or handover encompassing planning, monitoring, controlling hand over phases of project lifecycle, site administration and resource scheduling.• Should be capable of Managing overall contract (pre & post bid) activities involving techno-commercial studies, critical activity identification, cost benefit analysis and overseeing tender floatation, comparison, negotiation etc. • Proficient in developing various requests for purchase quotes and reviewing procurement quality and volume by product class, item customization and supply timeline, thereby identifying areas of value engineering rate, cost control and seamless execution.
