Technical FEA Support Engineer

We’re Hiring: Technical FEA Support Engineer (RoboAnalyzer & FEAST FEA)

SVR Robotics

• Provide

  Level-1 & Level-2 technical support

  : reproduce issues, debug models, suggest fixes/workarounds.
• Build & validate FEA models: geometry cleanup, meshing, BCs/loads, nonlinear/contact setups, solver runs, and post-processing.
• Develop

  tutorials, guides, and example models

  (videos + documentation) for users.
• Conduct

  trainings, webinars, and lab sessions

  for colleges and customers.
• Support POCs/benchmarks, capture product feedback, and maintain knowledge base/FAQ.
• Advise on

  installation, licensing, and environment setup

  (Windows/Linux).
• Enable workflows between

  RoboAnalyzer → FEAST studies

  with validation & reporting.
• Track KPIs: response/resolution times, CSAT, training NPS, tutorial usage, renewal/POC conversions.

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Aerospace/Mechatronics) or M.Tech in a related field.
• Strong fundamentals:

  strength of materials, vibrations, FEM basics, heat transfer

  .
• 1–4 yrs in FEA toolchain (FEAST/ANSYS/Abaqus/Nastran/CalculiX, etc.) or strong project work as fresher.
• Proficiency in

  meshing, contacts, nonlinear/materials, convergence, results interpretation & report writing

  .
• Strong communication skills; comfortable with customer demos/trainings.
• Fluency in English (Hindi/Marathi a plus).

• Hands-on with

  FEA modules

  (static, modal, buckling, thermal, nonlinear) and

  RoboAnalyzer

  .
• Python/MATLAB scripting for automation & post-processing.
• CAD familiarity (SolidWorks/Creo/CATIA); experience with Git/Jira/Confluence/Notion.
• Exposure to robotics (manipulator arms, Stewart platform dynamics) & HPC/parallel runs.
