Job Description

Role Overview: As the person in charge of facilities management at Work Dynamics, your main responsibility will be to prioritize the property's needs and oversee its day-to-day operations. Working closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager, you will ensure that all administrative functions, technical aspects, security issues, and facility services are well-covered. Your goal will be to achieve continuous improvement in processes and maintain the property's operations smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the property's supplies to ensure adequate stocks and materials for seamless operations - Oversee supply and service contracts approved by clients - Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans to mitigate risks - Stay updated on health and safety issues and actively review them - Monitor the property's budget, ensuring enough petty cash for operations and compliance with vendor invoice processes Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of property and technical operations - Bachelor's degree in Electronics and building management - Minimum of two to three years experience in facilities management - Good working knowledge in occupational safety and client-centric operations,
