Technical Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Design & Layout

  : Conduct benchmark vehicle studies and prepare vehicle layouts in 3D based on product briefs. Prepare 2-wheeler layouts, including wheels, brakes, suspension, frame, plastic parts, lights, and powertrain.

• CAD & Analysis

  : Create design proposals in

  CAD

  for chassis system parts. Perform

  stack-up analysis

  of interface parts to ensure the desired fit and finish.

• Packaging & Confirmation

  : Confirm the packaging of different aggregates in 3D, considering

  DFA (Design for Assembly)

  ,

  DFS (Design for Serviceability)

  , and stack-up.

• Documentation

  : Prepare the

  BOM (Bill of Materials)

  and handle engineering change releases.

Skills Required:

• Experience in

  benchmark vehicle study

  and 3D vehicle layout preparation.
• Proficiency in

  CAD

  for creating design proposals.
• Knowledge of

  stack-up analysis

  and its application to ensure fit and finish.
• Experience in packaging confirmation, considering

  DFA and DFS

  .
• Ability to prepare

  BOMs

  and manage engineering change releases.
• Strong understanding of 2-wheeler components, including wheels, brakes, suspension, and powertrain.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
