We are seeking a Technical Executive to conduct benchmark vehicle studies and prepare vehicle layouts in 3D based on a given product brief. You will be responsible for creating design proposals in CAD for chassis system parts, performing stack-up analysis to ensure fit and finish, and confirming the packaging of various aggregates. This role also involves BOM preparation and engineering change releases, as well as preparing the layout for various 2-wheeler components. Roles & Responsibilities: Vehicle Design & Layout : Conduct benchmark vehicle studies and prepare vehicle layouts in 3D based on product briefs. Prepare 2-wheeler layouts, including wheels, brakes, suspension, frame, plastic parts, lights, and powertrain. CAD & Analysis : Create design proposals in CAD for chassis system parts. Perform stack-up analysis of interface parts to ensure the desired fit and finish. Packaging & Confirmation : Confirm the packaging of different aggregates in 3D, considering DFA (Design for Assembly) , DFS (Design for Serviceability) , and stack-up. Documentation : Prepare the BOM (Bill of Materials) and handle engineering change releases. Skills Required: Experience in benchmark vehicle study and 3D vehicle layout preparation. Proficiency in CAD for creating design proposals. Knowledge of stack-up analysis and its application to ensure fit and finish. Experience in packaging confirmation, considering DFA and DFS . Ability to prepare BOMs and manage engineering change releases. Strong understanding of 2-wheeler components, including wheels, brakes, suspension, and powertrain. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
