About the Role

Alcon Bioactive Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science and experience in distillery processes, enzymes, and fermentation technologies. This role involves providing technical expertise, process optimization, and support across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for distillery processes across client locations.
• Work on process improvement and troubleshooting in fermentation and enzyme applications.
• Monitor and understand CPU (Condensate Polishing Unit) operations.
• Support and guide clients regarding the use of cooling tower chemicals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical goals and deliverables are met.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Alcohol Technology, Sugar Technology).
• MBA degree is an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in distillery processes or related fields.

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of distillery processes.
• Hands-on experience with enzymes and fermentation.
• Good understanding of CPU operations.
• Exposure to cooling tower chemicals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
