Job Title: Technical Executive Company: Alcon Bioactive Pvt. Ltd. Location: Pan India About the Role Alcon Bioactive Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science and experience in distillery processes, enzymes, and fermentation technologies. This role involves providing technical expertise, process optimization, and support across various projects. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for distillery processes across client locations. Work on process improvement and troubleshooting in fermentation and enzyme applications. Monitor and understand CPU (Condensate Polishing Unit) operations. Support and guide clients regarding the use of cooling tower chemicals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical goals and deliverables are met. Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Alcohol Technology, Sugar Technology). MBA degree is an added advantage. Experience Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in distillery processes or related fields. Key Skills Required Knowledge of distillery processes. Hands-on experience with enzymes and fermentation. Good understanding of CPU operations. Exposure to cooling tower chemicals. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
