Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Own delivery for service line / practice / vertical (Telecom, FinTech, BFSI).
Lead multiple large projects in
RPA, AI/ML, Mobile Apps, Web Applications
(Onsite/Offshore model).
Manage & mentor delivery managers/program managers.
Drive client engagement & stakeholder management across global geographies.
Contribute to
pre-sales, solutioning & delivery-led growth initiatives
.

Must-Have Skills:

15+ years in IT services delivery.
Strong leadership in managing large delivery teams & multiple projects.
Hands-on delivery experience in RPA, AI/ML, Mobile & Web Apps.
Excellent stakeholder & communication skills with global clients.
Experience with South African clients is a plus.
