Technical Delivery Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all projects for the assigned internal customer/function. Your role involves owning the solution delivery from development to testing to systems integration, ensuring the uptime of the system in production/operations, and adhering to performance SLAs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Interacting directly with business analysts and operational teams to understand their needs and issues, providing business and technical solutions, and enhancing customer satisfaction continuously. - Conducting impact analysis, defining delivery approach, conducting periodic code reviews, coordinating with development teams, and owning the end-to-end delivery of projects. - Handling production issues, coordinating production problem resolutions, and ensuring uptime as defined for production systems. - Timely status reporting and adherence to SOP guidelines for Technology. - Collaborating with the Testing team to resolve queries related to requirements, technical solutions, designs, and testing. - Budgeting and estimating resources and time for each project delivery, as well as managing time sheet approvals. - Initiating special projects for cost and technology optimizations, end-of-life systems, migrations, conducting POC, and obtaining necessary approvals. - Ensuring compliance with audits, both internal and SEBI regulations. - Managing stakeholders, including internal cross-departments, SEBI, and TAC. - Conducting self-performance appraisals and reviews.
