Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Support Executive to join our team in Sector-32, Noida. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience and be responsible for managing, overseeing, and addressing technical needs for clients/customers.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee technical support operations to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Investigate and solve complex and long-overdue problems faced by customers and forwarded by the customer support desk.
Promote a positive vision for the organization and provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide technical assistance and training to customers on our products and services.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is required.
Excellent customer service skills and a focus on customer satisfaction are necessary.
Experience in ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service industry is preferred.
Familiarity with customer support software and tools is desirable.
