Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team at QuickReply.ai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success management and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective customer success strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
