Take responsibility for driving the team towards achieving set targets and meeting deadlines. Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in full-stack development technologies, such as Python, React, JavaScript, and Node.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and improve content. Design and develop software projects in collaboration with the team to improve existing systems and procedures. Continuously strive to improve the processes and methodologies the team follows, ensuring efficiency and higher-quality outputs.
