We’re seeking an individual who enjoys solving business problems with modern web engineering solutions. At rtCamp, Sales is about building trust through technical depth, clarity, and hands-on expertise. You’ll play a pivotal role in understanding complex requirements, shaping pre-sales solutions, leading tech demos to executives, and expanding existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the customer-facing teams to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives of clients. This involves conducting assessments and identify solutions aligned with offerings from rtCamp.
2. Design and propose technical solutions that meet the client’s requirements.
3. Present solution demos architecture walk-throughs as part of pre-sales pitches.
4. Creating technical documentation including implementation plans aligned with the key business goals of clients.
5. Assisting team with the up keeping and upgrades of conversion battle cards (playbooks, demos).

Must Haves

1. A hands-on knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript & server-side scripting languages such as PHP, Node.js.
2. Ability to navigate technical discussions and brainstorming sessions with the client team.
3. Writing compelling technical documents and being able to present implementation plans and approaches efficiently.
4. Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and creating implementation plans/pitches for current rtCamp clients.
5. 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or Sales Engineer.

Good to Have

1. Prior experience working in close collaboration with cross-functional groups, including business teams, account management teams, project management, engineering, and business, to land new projects and long-lasting client relationships.
2. Working knowledge of enterprise CMS/DXP platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Kentico, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sitecore.
3. Actively maintaining a blog/journal. Even better if you use WordPress for it.
