Technical Consultant

Product Upgrades and Migrations:

• Collaborate with clients to plan and execute product upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems, identifying compatibility issues and potential challenges.

• Develop comprehensive upgrade and migration strategies, including risk assessment and contingency plans.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition, from product release to implementation.

Redeployment and System Migration:

• Execute system redeployment projects, ensuring all components are configured correctly and performance is optimized.

• Perform the platform migration for Seclore product.

• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during redeployment, collaborating with technical teams to find effective solutions.

Health Checks and Performance Analysis:

• Perform regular health checks on clients' systems to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.

• Analyze system performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas requiring optimization.

• Generate comprehensive reports outlining health check results, insights, and recommended actions for clients.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

• Maintain open and clear communication with clients throughout the service delivery process.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for their system-related needs.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices.

• Share knowledge and insights with team members, contributing to continuous learning and improvement.

• Proven experience in product upgrades, migrations, system redeployment, and performance analysis.

• Strong technical proficiency in relevant technologies and platforms, such as web servers, application servers, SSL, server infrastructure, and networking concepts.

• Ability to understand and interpret the complex architecture of the client’s environment and, based on that understanding, create the design and architecture document for implementation of Seclore product.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Project management skills and the ability to work within tight timelines.

• A commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Industry certifications like MCSE, MCP, RHEL Certifications.

• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and the ability to implement security measures during upgrades, migrations, and redeployments.

• Good understanding and working knowledge of databases like Oracle/MSSQL.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and experience with automation tools for streamlining deployment and management processes.
