The technical consultant will have the opportunity to actively contribute to product development initiatives while ensuring seamless integration and deployment of solutions across our partner ecosystem. You will be part of a team with some of the most highly skilled employees in the industry that are working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365FO. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as first/primary contact for our customers for (remote) service and technical support requests on STAEDEAN solutions for Dynamics AX and D365FO. Analyse, Investigate and Prioritize support cases and provide acceptable workarounds and solutions to our partners and customer located world-wide. Communicate in a customer centric way, and be pro-active and thorough in your communication, both verbal and in writing. Assist your own (more functional oriented) support team on technical analysis of incoming support cases. Design and develop small customizations together with customers and functional consultants. Assist the STAEDEAN development team in delivering incident resolutions, software fixes and software testing. Able to replicate the problem scenario in standard environments, perform technical triage for non-replicable support cases and be able to provide workarounds where possible. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, communication, and business acumen across multiple customers at the same time. Staying updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AI advancements, recommending adoption of new features and capabilities. Contribute and maintain the STAEDEAN knowledge base repository. REQUIREMENT & EXPERIENCE Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX development, specializing in X++ and object-oriented development, across D365FO preferable and having knowledge from AX2012. Any full-time Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Engineering (computers/IT/Electronics). Foundational functional understanding of standard Dynamics AX system functions such as Trade & Logistics (T&L), Project Accounting, postings, roles and permissions, workflows, and batch jobs. Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server. Preferred experience with data Integrations and working with ISV’s Proficiency in D365 Technical Fundamentals, with knowledge of AX2012 technical fundamentals considered advantageous. Competence in LCS Functional and Technical aspects. Familiarity with D365O Azure Deployment. Experience in ISV Installation & Configuration, along with Technical Application Management. Knowledge of advanced AI frameworks and tools beyond Dynamics 365. Knowledge of ISV deployments is desirable. Further on Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally as in writing. Strong team player and high customer & commercial orientation with a pro-active attitude. Ability to work with international partners / customers. Experience working with international partners / customers. Previous experience in cross-cultural working environments is highly advantageous.
