D365 (F&O) – Senior & Mid-Level Develope

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Fin Ops Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining custom solutions within the D365 F&O environment. This role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Duties:

· Develop, customize, and enhance D365 F&O solutions based on business requirements

· Collaborate with functional consultants’ team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

· Work on DevOps tasks

· Mentor and guide junior developers

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O issues via debugger and trace parser

· Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O features, best practices, and industry trends

· Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions

· Adjust the existing modification to the most recent versions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of development experience in D365 F&O with multinational implementation & support projects with at least 3 years’ in D365 F&O and Power Apps, Logic Apps and Azure Functions development 
• Adhere to high-quality development principles and best practices while delivering solutions on time and within the scope
• Experience with DevOps and Life Cycle Services
• Experience of integration D365 F&O with external API’s
• Technical development experience in D365 F&O using X++, Visual Studio & .Net
• Experience in Data management framework
• Excellent problem-solving skills by debugging existing code, processes
• Self-learning skills
• Ability to focus on multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to organize own work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Recommended:

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Experience in creating Azure DevOps build, release pipelines, and deployment process
• Azure Cloud Experience and certifications.
• Knowledge of Azure Bus Topics, Queue.
• Knowledge of Databricks
• Proven expertise in Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning.
• Understanding of Configuration Management and Change Management Best Practices.
• Power platform business development environment including support/maintenance
