D365 (F&O) – Senior & Mid-Level Develope We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Fin Ops Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining custom solutions within the D365 F&O environment. This role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Duties: · Develop, customize, and enhance D365 F&O solutions based on business requirements · Collaborate with functional consultants’ team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions · Work on DevOps tasks · Mentor and guide junior developers · Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O issues via debugger and trace parser · Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O features, best practices, and industry trends · Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions · Adjust the existing modification to the most recent versions Requirements: 5+ years of development experience in D365 F&O with multinational implementation & support projects with at least 3 years’ in D365 F&O and Power Apps, Logic Apps and Azure Functions development Adhere to high-quality development principles and best practices while delivering solutions on time and within the scope Experience with DevOps and Life Cycle Services Experience of integration D365 F&O with external API’s Technical development experience in D365 F&O using X++, Visual Studio & .Net Experience in Data management framework Excellent problem-solving skills by debugging existing code, processes Self-learning skills Ability to focus on multiple projects concurrently Ability to organize own work Strong verbal and written communication skills Recommended: Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) Experience in creating Azure DevOps build, release pipelines, and deployment process Azure Cloud Experience and certifications. Knowledge of Azure Bus Topics, Queue. Knowledge of Databricks Proven expertise in Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning. Understanding of Configuration Management and Change Management Best Practices. Power platform business development environment including support/maintenance
