Position: Technical business analyst Experience- 8-10 years Work Mode- Hybrid Notice Period- Immediate to 15 Days Location- Pune Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories Support solution design, testing, and deployment Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in ceremonies Perform impact and gap analysis for system changes Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC Required Skills: Strong experience with business analysis in technical projects Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL Good understanding of APIs, databases, data flows, and integrations Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications: Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, SAFe) Domain expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, etc. Experience with cloud platforms and BI/reporting tools Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Strong stakeholder and time management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Experience: Business analysis: 8 years (Required) Agile/Scrum: 8 years (Required) SDLC: 8 years (Required) SQL: 8 years (Required) Work Location: In person
