Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirement gathering sessions, ensuring clarity, stakeholder alignment, and formal sign-off.
• Translate business needs into well-structured user stories, features, and epics that form the foundation of business functional requirements.
• Ensure all requirements are clear, testable, and traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support the business in articulating processes and pain points to form problem statements and facilitate discussions to capture and document current and future states—enabling accurate and meaningful user story development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure requirements are well understood and correctly implemented.
• Apply Agile and SAFe practices to manage and prioritise requirements effectively.
• Contribute to backlog refinement and support the Product Manager in maintaining a healthy and delivery-ready pipeline of work.

Skills and Experience

• 14+ years of experience
• Strong experience in Consumer Retail Supply Chain programmes.
• Proven ability to write and manage user stories, features, and epics in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience hosting workshops and driving consensus.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in large-scale transformation programmes.

Desirable Knowledge

• Familiarity (not essential) with enterprise technologies such as SymphonyAI, Blue Yonder CKB, SAP and NCR Emerald.
• Understanding of how retail systems and microservices interact digitally—particularly in areas such as sales, inventory records, payments, and integrated services.
• Knowledge of finance processes and their integration with supply chain (e.g. central and local orders, invoicing).
• Exposure to process optimisation and enterprise architecture principles.
