About the Role

Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end

  solution design and development

  for business use cases leveraging Python, AWS Lambda, PostgreSQL, and microservices.
• Drive architectural discussions, contribute to technical roadmaps, and ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
• Provide

  technical guidance and leadership

  to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design principles.

Development & Delivery

• Develop and maintain applications using

  Python (advanced OOP concepts and design patterns)

  .
• Implement data access layers with

  ORM frameworks (SQLAlchemy preferred)

  .
• Design, build, and integrate

  GraphQL APIs

  into enterprise-grade applications.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery in an

  Agile/SCRUM environment

  , leveraging Git-based workflows and branching strategies.

Ownership & Accountability

• Take initiative in quickly learning new concepts, independently driving tasks and projects, and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong accountability by proactively addressing challenges and delivering on commitments.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor and upskill junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)

• 12+ years

  of experience in application development, with proven expertise in

  Python, AWS Lambda, microservices, and PostgreSQL

  .
• Advanced proficiency in

  Python programming, OOP principles, and design patterns

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  ORM tools (SQLAlchemy a must)

  .
• Experience designing and integrating

  GraphQL APIs

  .
• Demonstrated experience working in

  Agile/SCRUM teams

  with Git-based workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring developers and driving technical decisions.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance tuning in distributed systems.
