Job Description

Location:

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
Translate needs into functional and technical specifications including technical architecture and solution design
Manage project planning, estimation, ticket creation, and backlog prioritization using JIRA or similar tools.
Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Oversee deliverables across teams, ensuring quality through reviews, feedback, and business alignment.
Partner with developers, QA, and architects to validate solutions and support integration/testing.
Design simple, business-friendly KPIs and dashboards to communicate insights clearly.
Define project plans, set milestones, and manage client expectations across multiple initiatives.
Contribute ideas on leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) concepts such as GPTs, RAGs, LLMs, text-to-SQL, and agent-based workflows to optimize solution design.

Expectations

Strong business analysis skills with ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements.
Solid project management experience including planning, prioritization, and delivery oversight.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to simplify technical outcomes.
Proactive in identifying risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.
Adaptable, with ability to quickly gain domain knowledge and apply analytical rigor.
Good understanding of GenAI ecosystem and ability to translate business problems into AI-driven use cases.

Experience

6+ years as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or similar role.
Hands-on expertise with JIRA (or equivalent) for project and requirements management.
Experience in Agile delivery, backlog management, and leading scrum ceremonies.
Proficiency in designing KPIs, reports, and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Hands-on SQL skills (must-have) for data analysis and validation.
Knowledge of JIRA for requirements tracking and project management.
Project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and delivery oversight.
Ability to analyze complex data and processes to identify insights and improvements.
Aptitude for quickly picking up business domain knowledge and applying it effectively.
Good-to-have: Knowledge of Tableau and Python for data visualization and advanced analysis.
Exposure to Generative AI applications including GPT models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), text-to-SQL solutions, and intelligent agent pipelines.
