Technical Business Analyst

As a Technical Business Analyst at our company in Bengaluru, India, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. Your main responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring successful project execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-quality technical solutions with a focus on cloud computing, infrastructure, and AWS services like CloudWatch and SNS, as well as the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK). Your key responsibilities in this role will include: - Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. - Analyzing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities. - Documenting and prioritizing business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. - Performing gap analysis to propose solutions for discrepancies between current and desired states. - Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications. - Working with developers and architects to design scalable technical solutions. - Ensuring proposed solutions align with industry best practices and security standards. - Understanding and utilizing AWS services like CloudWatch and SNS for system monitoring and notifications. - Defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements with project managers. - Creating project plans, monitoring progress, and managing risks. - Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Conducting status meetings and providing updates for project success. - Developing and executing test plans to validate technical solutions. - Collaborating with QA professionals to identify and resolve defects. - Testing cloud-based infrastructure and AWS services for functionality and reliability. - Supporting user acceptance testing and production deployments. As for the qualifications required for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with technical project focus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks. - Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation. - Experience with cloud computing concepts, particularly AWS. - Familiarity with AWS services like CloudWatch, SNS, and CDK. - Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code principles and tools. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Experience with data analysis, SQL, and software testing. - Familiarity with project management tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
