Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our technology team and take ownership of end-to-end application development. You will lead a team of developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances strong technical expertise with people management.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager to join our Customer Success Group (CSG). This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in IT industry business development, sales, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be skilled in driving business growth, leading pre-sales efforts, and maximizing client value through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through targeted lead generation strategies and market research.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including setting growth targets and monitoring performance metrics.
- Create compelling sales presentations and pitch decks in collaboration with the technical team to align solutions with client needs.
- Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions.
- Leverage industry knowledge and experience in CSG, sales, and business development to contribute to organizational success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and current trends in software and application development.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
