Notice Period - Short joiners (Immediate to 60 days official)

Key Skills & Experience

• Over 7 years of experience on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and integration technologies.
• Strong ability to lead technical teams and drive successful project outcomes in the role of a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance architecture solutions for Salesforce implementations (data models, security, integrations, user experience).
• Expertise in gathering requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions on Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex system integrations with third-party applications and legacy systems.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to lead multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills to pitch ideas confidently to clients and communicate technical vision effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.

Good to Have:

• Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect certifications.
