You will use your technical expertise to understand customer challenges, demonstrate how our solutions can help, and build lasting relationships that drive value.

What You’ll Do

• Be a Technical Expert & Trusted Advisor:

  Partner with presales teams to understand customer needs, explain our products/services, and demonstrate their value.

• Craft Engaging Demos & Presentations:

  Deliver tailored product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts that address specific customer requirements.

• Solve Complex Problems:

  Collaborate with customers to identify technical challenges and propose solutions using Iron Mountain’s digital offerings.

• Bridge the Gap:

  Act as a liaison between presales, product, and engineering teams, sharing customer insights to guide product enhancements.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve:

  Continuously learn about products, trends, and competitors to provide the best solutions.

• Support the Sales Process:

  Assist with RFP/RFI responses, develop technical proposals, and help close deals.

• Collaborate with Partners:

  Educate and support our partner ecosystem on the Iron Mountain Digital Platform and solutions.

What We are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).

• 6-10 years

  of experience in the

  design, architecture, development, or technical selling

  of enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on experience in:

  Java/Python

  , Spring Boot, Node.js
• Building SDKs and integrating external applications using

  REST APIs

  and

  Webhooks

• UI technologies:

  ReactJS, Angular 2+, JavaScript, CSS3, JSON, HTML5
• Understanding of

  Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt and Context Engineering

• Experience in

  building AI Agents

  (added advantage)
• Familiarity with

  Enterprise Content Management, Records Management, BPM, and Digital Transformation

  .
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, flexibility, and a solid grasp of

  cloud technologies

  and

  enterprise architecture

  .
