Job Description

As a Technical Account Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in managing all technical aspects of the company's relationship with its clients. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the clients' trusted advisor, delivering the highest quality of technical service to enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the client's operations, monitor support needs, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Provide the highest level of technical knowledge, support, and services to the client. - Take accountability for the overall technical responsibility of proposed services solutions and collaborate closely with the service operations team. - Identify new opportunities based on the client's technical needs and contribute to upselling. - Improve service performance, reduce incident volume, and resolution time. - Lead root cause analysis of technical problems and document findings. - Schedule and conduct monthly technical reviews with the client. - Resolve a wide range of issues creatively and suggest variations in approach. - Perform any other related tasks as required. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology/Computing or related field. - ITIL certification is highly desirable. Required Experience: - Demonstrated experience in diagnosis, troubleshooting, handling TAC, and technical documentation in a Technical Account Manager role within a global IT organization. - Experience in management agent, redundancy concepts, remote console architecture, and products within the supported technical domain. - Experience in coding/development for general automation.
