Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Accounts Manager at Unilaw Global, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete technical project lifecycle, starting from the initial discovery and planning phases to the final implementation and post-launch support. Your role will involve working closely with software engineers, product managers, QA specialists, DevOps team, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the specified timeframes, scope, and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include owning and managing the entire delivery process of technical projects, collaborating effectively with various teams such as engineering, product, QA, and DevOps to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will be required to develop and maintain detailed project plans encompassing scope, timelines, goals, resource allocation, and risk management. Tracking progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana will be crucial to ensure that sprint goals and milestones are met. Being the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will play a vital role in translating requirements and updates effectively. Proactively identifying and resolving potential risks, issues, or roadblocks, as well as facilitating Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos will be part of your routine tasks. Driving continuous process improvements across development, QA, and release cycles and maintaining transparent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences are also essential aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in managing technical or software projects. A strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence), excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment are prerequisites.
