Job Description

Role Overview: As a Client advocate, you will be responsible for providing guidance around product expertise and translating Customer needs/requirements into integrated solutions. Your role will involve understanding and translating Customers business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs. You should be able to conduct fit gap analysis and devise a roadmap to transition and implement a best-fit solution that meets customer requirements. Acting as an advocate for the Customer, you will have an excellent understanding of the Oracle Product set (including Fusion, OCI, on-prem) to enable business process transformation discussions with the Customer and internal teams. Additionally, you will manage communication and bring needed focus from various teams to ensure the project follows the standard lifecycle from discovery to go-live activities. Key Responsibilities: - Define and align the functional and technical vision for the program solution as a key leader, contributor, and proactive collaborator. - Provide strategy and solution support for Oracle SaaS products with a focus on understanding verticals such as HCM, ERP, SCM, Sales Cloud, and EPM. - Participate in identifying system, subsystems, and interfaces, validate technology assumptions, and evaluate alternatives. - Align product roadmap and features with Oracle's new release cycles, business enhancements, and production break-fix solutions. - Lead and oversee end-to-end SDLC process from requirement intake to deployment. - Collaborate with management, Portfolio Manager, and roles within the pods to contribute to strategic planning and goal setting. - Drive the deployment of Customers workloads to Oracle Cloud by providing deployment guidance and supporting the development of the Customers Cloud adoption model. - Engage with internal and external partners to drive Oracle Cloud adoption efforts and manage large and complex service solutions.
