We are currently seeking a dynamic Technical Account Manager who excels in nurturing client relationships, ensuring smooth project delivery, and identifying opportunities to provide added value. If you have a background in digital project management, experience in the Middle East market, and possess both strategic vision and hands-on capabilities, we would like to connect with you. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing trust, providing support, and interpreting project requirements beyond the surface level. - Taking charge of project progress by facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and expectations. - Proactively seeking avenues to enhance client relationships through innovative solutions such as new features, additional platforms, or AI-driven initiatives. - Anticipating and resolving challenges before they escalate, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. - Fostering a culture of continuous learning, embracing new technologies and enhancing your skill set continuously. The ideal candidate will possess: - Over 5 years of experience in technical account management or digital project management. - A comprehensive understanding of the Middle East market, including clients, culture, and preferences. - Strong business acumen with a proven track record of account growth and upselling. - Exceptional communication skills with clients, characterized by proactiveness, transparency, and clarity. - Collaborative mindset to effectively coordinate with designers, developers, strategists, and external vendors. - Curiosity towards technology, comfortable with APIs, CMSs, and engaging in technical discussions. - Organizational skills, reliability, and composure under pressure. - Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is advantageous). Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in digital agencies, proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello, basic knowledge of AI-driven solutions, and certifications in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
