As a Recruiter TAT based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for IT positions. Your responsibilities will include managing job postings, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining candidate databases, establishing connections with potential candidates, and actively participating in recruitment events and job fairs.
