Role Overview: You will be working as an Associate in Email & Chat Support, focusing on managing Client Ads Accounts. As a Lead in the SME role, your responsibility will involve providing exceptional support in troubleshooting and resolving non-technical issues related to billing, account management, and campaign optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding digital advertising principles and ad campaign management - Analyzing and explaining Account information & campaigns clearly to clients via phone, email, or chat - Ensuring smooth operational processes and timely completion of client requests - Collaborating with internal teams to address escalated issues and manage complex escalations - Communicating technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner - Prioritizing tasks effectively, ensuring team alignment on key activities Qualification Required: For Associate (Email & Chat Support): - 1-3 years of experience in Email/Chat Support/Calling - Any Graduate - Strong communication skills in writing and verbally - Flexibility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and on a 24/7 schedule For Lead (SME role): - 4+ years of strong experience in the AdWords domain - Any Graduate - Strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting account and billing-related issues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling complex queries - Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage escalations in a high-paced environment Please carry 2 updated resumes, 1 passport size photo, and 1 ID proof (Pan card/Aadhar Card) for the interview on 7th and 8th June 2025 at Advance Business Hub, Hyderabad. The role involves working in shifts, including nights and weekends, to support clients around the clock. Shift timings are rotational with 5 working days in the office and fixed off on Saturdays and Sundays. Cab facility is provided on both sides for full-time employment.,
