Tech Support Engineer

You will be responsible for providing technical support for backend systems and applications, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of issues. Your role will involve working with SAP and other ERP systems, as well as supporting B2B and B2C applications. You should be familiar with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk and JIRA, along with remote support tools to provide assistance. In this position, you will be expected to develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides. You will also document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution of all issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems reported by customers and internal teams. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Experience in the SAP Master Data domain is preferred. You should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
