Job Description

  • The Tech Support Engineer is responsible for responding to customer queries and complaints, walking customers through basic troubleshooting technical issues or setup processes.
  • We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position.
  • Contribute to the thriving Customer Success team with great customer services and the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance.
  • Moreover, this person will be partially responsible for supporting and helping the internal Customer success team with any documentation related to the product or compliance.
  • The ideal candidate has previous experience in a tech support role, works well independently and as part of a team, is detailed oriented, customer oriented and has great communication skills. We are looking for an extrovert candidate that has great team working skills and an attitude to get things done. This is a Full-time job that requires someone to work within the European time zone (from 12 pm to 9:00 pm IST).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Prioritise and process customer complaints and requests submitted
  • Investigate & resolve customer requests / complaints by liaising with the internal technical and implementation team in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with account creation / login issues to HealthMachine
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to deliver great customer care along with some basic configuration.
  • Assist the customer facing/implementation managers with project plans updates
  • Assist with creating/maintaining customer related documents
  • Manage multiple requests / issues at once

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven customer tech support experience
  • B E/B Tech in Computer Science or B.C.S or equivalent
  • Knowledge of HTTP, Browser tools such as chrome web inspector and firebug.
  • Strong understanding of Databases
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
